At this stage of my career, my goal is to use my acquired skills with a group of professionals who share the same values as mine: Reliability, dedication, discipline, productivity, cooperation, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism. I am ready to test myself, yet again, in a new provocative challenge that will help me develop (at personal and professional levels) outside the limits of my comfort zone. 

I believe that the key to success, in the professional field, is to portray who you are. Your unique identity, which is defined by the cultural and the social means, enables an employee to be distinguished from another. Being the Design Coordinator (team leader of the design team/drafters) in my current job, I lead with authenticity which helps me to impact my team’s culture so that they can be more authentic, too—which unlocked greater creativity, connection, and performance. As a young team leader, I focus on delivering a very high quality of work while I leave a positive impact behind. Working  under the umbrella of Facade Design helped me develop unique skills that distinguish my experience as an architectural designer. I naturally now perceive the building's envelope through the lens of facade design. I have worked with few of the biggest moguls in the construction industry in collaboration with multiple architecture firms. This exposure also helped in understanding the fundamental rules of facade engineering and structural engineering in order to get design intents achievable.
