Led by Coronation Property, Mason & Main has been brought to life by global architects, Woods Bagot. The masterplan draws inspiration from the nearby brickworks and aqueduct, applying a contemporary lens to the area’s rich built heritage. From the extensive brickwork of the facade, to the traditional arched windows carried throughout the project, Mason & Main delivers a precinct with a rare strength of character and a timeless quality that will stand with pride for generations to come.

The featured detail below portrays one of the most prominent junction details in Building C. The Aluminium framing needed to be notched infront of the Hebel wall so that it complies to the Australian Standards. Along with Arcadis, Coronation Property and Engineers from Atech, I made sure that this drafted properly and very clearly in order to get it signed by the different facade consultants and in order to be well understood by installers on site.
This junction needed to be insulated properly as well and the sequence of installation needed to be well-thought through in order to to avoid any structural, thermal, or waterproofing issues.
